Palm Tree Apartment

All our apartments strictly adhere to a no-smoking policy. While the unit includes linens and bath towels, please note that daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However, we do offer this service for an Additional Charge. For stays exceeding one week, a weekly cleaning and linen refresh will be provided.

To ensure the quality of our accommodations, we kindly request that towels or any other items are not removed from the apartments. Any missing or damaged items must be replaced or paid for accordingly.

Respect for our properties is of utmost importance. The apartment will be presented to you in a clean and tidy condition upon arrival, and we kindly ask that you leave it in a similar state. Please be advised that an additional cleaning charge may be applied if the property is not reasonably clean. Waste should be properly disposed of in the designated garbage bin, and dirty dishes are to be washed.

Due to the unique layout of our garden, it features steps and small side walls. To ensure the safety of all guests, children aged 1 to 6 years old must be supervised at all times and are not permitted to walk or run around without adult supervision. Please note that parties or events are strictly prohibited on our premises. Visitors are not permitted access to our facilities. At The Nest Tobago Apartments, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our guests. While we strive to provide a secure environment, we cannot be held liable for any damage, loss, or personal injury that may occur during your stay. As with all international travel, it is strongly recommended that guests obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover any potential cancellations after payment has been made.

Your health is just as important to us as the fact that your feel safe from the moment you book your holiday until your return home. In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), extra safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at our property. In addition to our usual high standards of service and hygiene, we’ll be implementing Government requirements to comply with social distancing and enhanced cleaning/disinfecting at The Nest Tobago Apartments, to do our utmost to keep our guests (and ourselves and staff) as safe and healthy as possible. Please wear your mask when checking in and every time you meet somebody in the compound. You will find at your disposal hand gel disinfectant at the entrance of the apartment. Thanks in advance for complying to the Covid19 MOH protocols. Info at: https://www.paho.org/en/health-emergencies.
